Solidaridad Juvenil en el medio rural\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n Los principales impactos repercusiones buscados y previstos por el proyecto son: Entre las personas voluntarias europeas y participantes:<\/p>\n – una experiencia de vida europea transformadora, que permite entender globalmente qu\u00e9 es Europa global y locamente. La alianza estrat\u00e9gica entre sociedad civil organizada y administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica que el Proyecto \u00abJ\u00f3venes Solidarios Europeos Activos en la Sociedad Rural\u00bb ha establecido con varios Aytos de la comarca permite llegar m\u00e1s lejos en los objetivos de dinamizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de los y las j\u00f3venes de las localidades, as\u00ed como, en concreto para el presente<\/p>\n proyecto, repartir las tareas relacionadas con las actividades en las que se incluir\u00e1n las personas voluntarias\u00a0 preseleccionadas. Los positivos efectos que en los y las j\u00f3venes han tenido nuestros anteriores proyectos de acogida de<\/p>\n SVE\/Erasmus plus en Plasenzuela y la Cumbre zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez Torreorgaz , nos hacen querer seguir caminando el camino de dotar a nuestra localidad y comarca de m\u00e1s oportunidades de desarrollo as\u00ed como de una identidad propia y positiva en el imaginario tanto de nuestros\/as j\u00f3venes, como de los que nos visitan y resto de vecinos y vecinas<\/p>\n . El contexto de desarraigo y empobrecimiento que la comarca est\u00e1 sufriendo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os hace que contribuir a la cohesi\u00f3n social y la participaci\u00f3n locamente y comarcal de la sociedad civil es una condici\u00f3n imprescindible para la dinamizaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de la zona. Especialmente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la falta de oportunidades econ\u00f3micas en esta en estos pueblos y comarca se ha manifestado de forma notable en el poco desarrollo de algunas competencias entre los y las j\u00f3venes (empleabilidad, multiling\u00fcismo, habilidades personales y profesionales…). Por ello, fomentar el<\/p>\n servicio de Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad y con ello adquirir las competencias ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y sociales que ofrece dicho proyecto ser\u00e1 una muy buena fuente de reactivaci\u00f3n de la motivaci\u00f3n de los y las j\u00f3venes afectadas por esta falta de<\/p>\n Oportunidades. La convivencia con j\u00f3venes procedentes de otros pa\u00edses tambi\u00e9n fomenta la equidad, solidaridad y la inclusi\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes con dificultades de aprendizaje y obst\u00e1culos econ\u00f3micos, que es el p\u00fablico objetivo que principalmente se beneficiar\u00e1 de la presencia de las personas voluntarias europeas.<\/p>\n La realizaci\u00f3n este Servicio de Voluntariado del C.E.S. en la comarca en concreto en en Plasenzuela que permitir\u00e1 fomentar el multiling\u00fcismo, tanto para las voluntarias\/os seleccionadas finalmente como para las personas que est\u00e9n en contacto con ellas durante su estancia, principalmente los y las j\u00f3venes de la comarca de la Comarcas lim\u00edtrofes . A<\/p>\n trav\u00e9s de la vinculaci\u00f3n de las actividades de celebraci\u00f3n de los h\u00e9roes comarcales con la juventud europea pretendemos fomentar el sentimiento de pertenencia de los y las j\u00f3venes de Plasenzuela hacia su comunidad que es la base de la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil en sus entornos. Las voluntarios\/as se incorporar\u00e1n durante las primeras semanas del mes de septiembre\u00a0 del 2020 a Plasenzuela desde su incorporaci<\/strong>\u00f3<\/strong>n estar<\/strong>\u00e1<\/strong>n en contacto directo con los y las j<\/strong>\u00f3<\/strong>venes del municipio.
