Se desarrollar\u00e1 durante 14 meses y 12 de actividad con la participaci\u00f3n de dos voluntarios\/as europeas\/ en\u00a0 – La Cumbre\u00a0–\u00a0 y puntualmente en localidades cercanas, ya que\u00a0 al ser poblaciones cercanas comparten\u00a0 varias asociaciones, cooperativas\u00a0 y\u00a0CRA. <\/p>\n
El proyecto se apoya en nuestro anterior proyecto \u00abJ\u00f3venes participando de las din\u00e1micas rurales\u00a0 y diversidad juvenil Europea como agentes dinamizadores del medio rural\u201d\u00a0 que consiste en la activaci\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n juvenil a trav\u00e9s de la incorporaci\u00f3n de un\/una voluntaria en cada localidad realizando las actividades de la organizaci\u00f3n acogida, a trav\u00e9s de las asociaciones locales juveniles , amas de casa, deportivas, escolares, y los diferentes servicios p\u00fablicos de cultura, deporte y juventud en la\u00a0 localidad donde tendr\u00e1 lugar el proyecto, con los que Acci\u00f3n Rural – La\u00a0 Cumbre –\u00a0 colabora regular y estrechamente. Ya que la comarca\u00a0 no ofrece\u00a0 muchas iniciativas\u00a0 que (a priori) no ofrecen oportunidades de desarrollo y, sin embargo, gracias al trabajo de muchas personas y la conexi\u00f3n internacional que nos permite el programa Erasmus+ conseguimos ser internacionales.<\/p>\n

La alianza estrat\u00e9gica entre sociedad civil organizada y administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica que Proyecto j\u00f3venes participando de la diversidad cultural Europea, ha establecido con varios Ayuntamientos de la comarca permite llegar m\u00e1s lejos en los objetivos de dinamizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de los y las j\u00f3venes de las localidades, as\u00ed como, en concreto para el presente proyecto, repartir las tareas relacionadas con las actividades en las que se incluir\u00e1n las personas voluntarias preseleccionadas. Los positivos efectos que en los y las j\u00f3venes han tenido nuestros anteriores proyectos de acogida de SVE en\u00a0 Plasenzuela, La Cumbre, Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez y\u00a0 Torreorgaz, nos hacen querer seguir el camino de dotar a nuestra localidad\u00a0 y\u00a0 comarca de m\u00e1s oportunidades de desarrollo as\u00ed como de una identidad propia y positiva en el imaginario tanto de nuestros\/as j\u00f3venes, como de los que nos visitan y resto de vecinos y vecinas.<\/p>\n
El contexto de desarraigo y empobrecimiento que la comarca est\u00e1 sufriendo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os hace que contribuir a la cohesi\u00f3n social y la participaci\u00f3n localmente y comarcal de la sociedad civil es una condici\u00f3n imprescindible para la dinamizaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de la zona. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Especialmente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la falta de oportunidades econ\u00f3micas en los pueblos y comarca se ha manifestado de forma notable en el poco desarrollo de algunas competencias entre los y las j\u00f3venes (empleabilidad,\u00a0 multiling\u00fcismo, habilidades personales y profesionales…). Por ello, fomentar el servicio de voluntariado y con ello adquirir las competencias ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y sociales que ofrece dicho proyecto ser\u00e1 una muy buena fuente de reactivaci\u00f3n de la motivaci\u00f3n de los y las j\u00f3venes afectadas por esta falta de oportunidades. La convivencia con j\u00f3venes procedentes de otros pa\u00edses tambi\u00e9n fomenta la equidad y la inclusi\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes con dificultades de aprendizaje y obst\u00e1culos econ\u00f3micos, que es el p\u00fablico objetivo que principalmente se beneficiar\u00e1 de la presencia de las personas voluntarias europeas.<\/p>\n
La realizaci\u00f3n de este Servicio de Voluntariado en la comarca en\u00a0concreto en la poblaci\u00f3n de La Cumbre, permitir\u00e1 fomentar el multiling\u00fc\u00edsmo, tanto para las voluntarias seleccionadas finalmente como para las personas que est\u00e9n en contacto con ellas durante su estancia, principalmente\u00a0 los y las j\u00f3venes de las comarcas\u00a0lim\u00edtrofes. A trav\u00e9s de la vinculaci\u00f3n de las actividades de celebraci\u00f3n de los h\u00e9roes comarcales con la juventud europea pretendemos fomentar el sentimiento de pertenencia de los y las j\u00f3venes de La Cumbre hacia su comunidad que es la base de la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil en sus entornos. <\/p>\n
Las voluntarios\/as se incorporar\u00e1n durante las primeras semanas del mes de Febrero 2017 en\u00a0La\u00a0 Cumbre\u00a0\u00a0y\u00a0desde su incorporaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1n en contacto directo con los y las j\u00f3venes del municipio. Cada servicio tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 12 meses. Las voluntarias\/os realizar\u00e1n tareas de dise\u00f1o, ejecuci\u00f3n de todo tipo de actividades socio-culturales dentro de la localidad en las que los y las j\u00f3venes participen, en colaboraci\u00f3n con otras asociaciones y colectivos del pueblo; adem\u00e1s, contribuir\u00e1n a la difusi\u00f3n del concepto de voluntariado (tanto local como internacional) y fomentar\u00e1n el conocimiento del programa Erasmus+ y sus oportunidades entre los y las j\u00f3venes de\u00a0 La\u00a0\u00a0 Cumbre y\u00a0 todo ello en la misma comarca.<\/p>\n

It will take place during 14 months and 12 of activity with the participation of two European volunteers \/ in – La Cumbre – and punctually in nearby towns, since being nearby towns they share several associations, cooperatives and CRA.<\/p>\n
The project is based on our previous project \u00abYoung people participating in rural dynamics and European youth diversity as dynamic agents of the rural environment\u00bb which consists of activating youth participation through the incorporation of a volunteer in each locality, carrying out the activities of the host organization, through local youth associations, housewives, sports, schoolchildren, and the different public services of culture, sports and youth in the town where the project will take place, with which Acci\u00f3n Rural – La Cumbre – It collaborates regularly and closely, since the region does not offer many initiatives that (a priori) do not offer development opportunities and, nevertheless, thanks to the work of many people and the international connection that the Erasmus + program allows us, we managed to become international.<\/p>\n
The strategic alliance between organized civil society and public administration that the Young People Participating in European Cultural Diversity Project has established with various municipalities of the region allows us to go further in the objectives of dynamization and development of local youth, as well as , specifically for the present project, to distribute the tasks related to the activities in which the preselected volunteers will be included. The positive effects that our previous SVE reception projects have had on young people in Plasenzuela, La Cumbre, Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez and Torreorgaz, make us want to continue on the path of providing our town and region with more development opportunities as well as of an own and positive identity in the imaginary of both our young people, those who visit us and the rest of the neighbors.<\/p>\n
The context of uprooting and impoverishment that the region has been suffering in recent years means that contributing to social cohesion and the local and regional participation of civil society is an essential condition for the revitalization and development of the area.<\/p>\n

Especially in recent years, the lack of economic opportunities in towns and regions has manifested itself notably in the poor development of some skills among young people (employability, multilingualism, personal and professional skills …). Therefore, promoting the volunteer service and thereby acquiring the linguistic and social skills offered by this project will be a very good source of reactivation of the motivation of the young people affected by this lack of opportunities. Living with young people from other countries also fosters equity and the inclusion of young people with learning difficulties and economic obstacles, which is the target audience that will mainly benefit from the presence of European volunteers.<\/p>\n
The realization of this Voluntary Service in the region, specifically in the town of La Cumbre, will allow promoting multilingualism, both for the volunteers finally selected and for the people who are in contact with them during their stay, mainly young people from bordering regions. By linking the activities to celebrate the regional heroes with European youth, we aim to promote the feeling of belonging of the youth of La Cumbre to their community, which is the basis for the participation of civil society in their environments.<\/p>\n

The volunteers will be incorporated during the first weeks of February 2017 at La Cumbre and from their incorporation they will be in direct contact with the youth of the municipality. Each service will last 12 months. The volunteers will carry out design tasks, execution of all kinds of socio-cultural activities within the locality in which the youth participate, in collaboration with other associations and groups of the people; In addition, they will contribute to the dissemination of the concept of volunteering (both local and international) and will promote awareness of the Erasmus + program and its opportunities among young people in La Cumbre and all in the same region.<\/p>\n
