tab_font_size_tablet=\u00bb16&#8243; tab_font_size_phone=\u00bb16&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0 proyecto se\u00a0 desarrollar\u00e1\u00a0 en\u00a0 Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez en los diferentes colectivos de la localidad. La\u00a0 escasa\u00a0 oferta de\u00a0 trabajo, hace que\u00a0 el nivel de paro sea muy alto,\u00a0 los j\u00f3venes estudian en\u00a0 los institutos de Trujillo o Mont\u00e1nchez\u00a0 y algunos en la Universidad\u00a0 de C\u00e1ceres.<\/p>\n<p>En el proyecto participaran dos voluntarios procedentes de Italia y Letonia.<\/p>\n<p>Las\u00a0 actividades que desarrollar\u00e1n son diversas en el \u00e1rea socio-educativa, no formal as\u00ed como\u00a0 actividades\u00a0 mayoritariamente\u00a0 culturales,\u00a0 de medio ambiente, y deportes al aire libre, animaci\u00f3n en biblioteca y diferentes talleres con mujeres, j\u00f3venes y mayores. Las actividades tienen una duraci\u00f3n de 12 meses y el proyecto de 14 meses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>METODOLOG\u00cdA<\/strong><br \/>\nEn todas las actividades,\u00a0 utilizaremos\u00a0 metodol\u00f3gica, se basar\u00e1n en el respeto por las personas y las diferencias entre ellas, el desarrollo personal; y el aprender haciendo con herramientas y t\u00e9cnicas creativas que atiendan a la integridad de la inteligencia de las personas y no solo a los aspectos intelectuales. Si en aquello que se aprende a trav\u00e9s de la propia experiencia de vida\u00a0 un m\u00e9todo abierto participativo e integrador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJETIVOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potenciar\u00a0 la participaci\u00f3n de la mujeres en la diversas actividades de la localidad.<\/li>\n<li>El incremento de la participaci\u00f3n activa de los y las j\u00f3venes de los municipios de Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez y comarca en la vida social, cultural y ciudadana del municipio.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar la vida sana a trav\u00e9s del deporte al aire libre y pr\u00e1cticas de cultivo\u00a0 ecol\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<li>El desarrollo de la cultura del \u00abvoluntariado\u00bb tanto en nuestro contexto local, como en el global europeo.<\/li>\n<li>Puesta en valor y reconocimiento de los programas de educaci\u00f3n no formal.<\/li>\n<li>El fomento del sentimiento de pertenencia a una comunidad local, de Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez\u00a0 y comarca\u00a0 Mont\u00e1nchez &#8211; Tamuja como una comunidad global: Europa.<\/li>\n<li>Aumento de la autoestima y el sentimiento de pertenencia a una comunidad local, activa y din\u00e1mica, que ofrece oportunidades (a trav\u00e9s de experiencias locales e internacionales) a sus vecinos y vecinas, especialmente a los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes.<\/li>\n<li>Mayor cohesi\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n entre las entidades socio-culturales del municipio y zona cercanas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPACTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A nivel local, el incremento de la participaci\u00f3n de mujeres, las\/os\u00a0 j\u00f3venes\u00a0 y\u00a0 asociaciones, se consigue gracias al conocimiento del modelo de participaci\u00f3n que suponen las personas voluntarias europeas presentes en la comunidad. Las voluntarias\/os europeas\/os servir\u00e1n de \u201cmodelo a imitar\u201d para los y las j\u00f3venes del pueblo en materia de desarrollo personal y participaci\u00f3n activa en la comunidad. Modelo a imitar tanto para los y las j\u00f3venes que ya colaboran en las actividades de acci\u00f3n rural, como para aquellos que a\u00fan no lo hacen y a trav\u00e9s de esta nueva persona en el municipio podran animarse a participar m\u00e1s activamente. Por lo tanto, a nivel local, se experimentar\u00e1 un aumento de la participaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes y adolescentes en las actividades propuestas en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel comarcal, deseamos emplear los resultados obtenidos de este proyecto para proponer proyectos de voluntariado (local y europeo) en otras localidades cercanas de la comarca. Por lo tanto, esperamos que este proyecto, como ya lo han sido previos proyectos de SVE, tenga resultados multiplicadores de la experiencia para j\u00f3venes de otros municipios cercanos.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel internacional, a trav\u00e9s de la convivencia prolongada con personas de un origen diferente, pretendemos fomentar el intercambio entre culturas y el sentimiento de pertenencia a Europa. Las j\u00f3venes voluntarias preseleccionadas trabajar\u00e1n de igual modo con los diferentes colectivos de j\u00f3venes presentes en la localidad, lo que tambi\u00e9n fomentar\u00e1 que grupos de j\u00f3venes que en estos momentos no entran en contacto, puedan tener un puente de uni\u00f3n entre ellos (como ejemplo puede citarse los j\u00f3venes que viven en los diferentes pueblos de la comarca\u00a0 Mont\u00e1nchez &#8211; Tamuja y que, en general, no se conocen entre s\u00ed a pesar de vivir muy cerca). Y tambi\u00e9n atraer\u00e1 hacia las actividades de juventud a colectivos de chicos y chicas que en estos momentos no participan de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>A largo plazo y contando con experiencia en este \u00e1rea muy positiva en a\u00f1os anteriores, y\u00a0 la espera de\u00a0 tener buena pr\u00e1ctica y resultados en este, debido a la diferente participaci\u00f3n de los grupos, vamos a continuar con este proyecto, presentando en otros pueblos de la regi\u00f3n de Extremadura.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbIngles\u00bb tab_font_select=\u00bbdefault\u00bb tab_font=\u00bb|on|||\u00bb tab_line_height=\u00bb2em\u00bb tab_line_height_tablet=\u00bb2em\u00bb tab_line_height_phone=\u00bb2em\u00bb body_font_select=\u00bbdefault\u00bb body_font=\u00bb||||\u00bb body_line_height=\u00bb2em\u00bb body_line_height_tablet=\u00bb2em\u00bb body_line_height_phone=\u00bb2em\u00bb tab_font_size=\u00bb16&#8243; tab_font_size_tablet=\u00bb16&#8243; tab_font_size_phone=\u00bb16&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>EUROPEAN YOUTH DIVERSITY HOW IINVIGORATED AGENTS IN RURAL AREA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project will be developed in Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez in the different collectives of the village. The low job offer makes the very high level of unemployment, youth study at the Institute of Trujillo and Mont\u00e1nchez and some in University in C\u00e1ceres. In the project will particpant 2 volunteers from Italy\u00a0 and Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>The activities that will be developed are diverse in the socio-educational area, no formal mainly as cultural, environmental activities, and outdoor sports, animation in library and different workshops with youth, women and older people, etc. Activities last 12 month of 14 month project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHODOLOGY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In all activities we will use methodology based on respect by people and the differences between them, personal development; and learning by doing creative tools and techniques that serve for integrity of the intelligence of the people and not just the intellectual aspects. So in this way participants learn through their own life experience. Participatory, inclusive and opened method.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote participation of women in the various activities of the village.<br \/>\nIncrease active participation of youth in the municipalities of Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez and region in social, cultural and civic life of the village.<\/li>\n<li>Promote healthy lifestyle through outdoor sport and organic farming practices.<\/li>\n<li>The development of the culture of \u00abvolunteering\u00bb both in our local context, as in the overall European.<\/li>\n<li>Value enhancement and recognition of non-formal education programs.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the feeling of belonging to a local community Zarza de Mont\u00e1nchez and Montanchez -Tamuja region as a global community of Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Increased self-esteem and feeling of belonging to a local community, active and dynamic, offering opportunities (through local and international experiences) to its neighbors, especially to the youth.<\/li>\n<li>Greater cohesion and communication between sociocultural entities of the municipality and surrounding areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Locally, the increased participation of women, youth and associations, is achieved through the knowledge of participation model involving European volunteers in the community.<\/p>\n<p>European volunteers will serve as a \u00abmodel to imitate\u00bb for young people of the village in personal development and active participation in the community. Both role model for young people who are already working in Acci\u00f3n Rural activities, and for those who still do not and through this new person in the municipality could be encouraged to participate more actively. Therefore, locally will be experimented an increase participation of youth and adolescents in the activities proposed in the municipality.<\/p>\n<p>At the regional level, we would like to employ the results of this project to propose volunteer projects (local and European) in other nearby locations in the region. Therefore, we hope that this project, as has already been previous EVS projects, have multiplier results of the experience for young people from other nearby municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>Internationally, through prolonged coexistence with people from a different origin, we try to encourage the exchange between cultures and the feeling of belonging to Europe. Youth preselected as volunteers will work equally with different groups of young people present in the locality, which also encourage the youth groups that currently are not in contact, may have a bridge between them (as example can be cited youth living in different villages of the region Montanchez Tamuja and generally do not know each other despite living very close).
